1. SBC Business Assessment Process

We will interview you and take you through our Business Assessment Process. We will look for "low hanging fruit"...in other words, improvements that can easily be made that will immediately add cash flow to your business. (See some stories on our home page). Our process will also help us to identify key issues and areas to concentrate our focus.

Depending upon your needs, we will review your financial reports, your operational concerns, your employee roles, your inventory management, your financial checks and balances, your payment terms and policies, and your pricing. As needed we will conduct employee interviews and owner role and time management. The same day we will provide you with an owner debrief. Finally we will provide to you a recap with written opportunities for improvement.

2. Personal and Business Planning Session

We will send you a questionnaire with 70+ questions for you to answer regarding your personal goals, dreams and aspirations, along with your preferences, skills and lifestyle that you want. You will fill out the questionnaire and return to us.

We will meet with you to review your information and to develop your plan. Your plan will include your Values, Vision and Mission, along with your goals and actions. We will conduct a SWOT exercise with you to facilitate additional business actions. We will cover your industry outlook, revenue and profit goals, customer satisfaction, personal growth and development, employees and facility. Then we will create a written life and business plan for you.

Then we will meet with you to review the plan with you. We will work to develop specific actions, with due dates. This will include brainstorming and recommendations and encouragement. We will also work with you to overcome obstacles that you are facing. We will go more in depth during this meeting working on your dreams.

3. Weekly Phone Coaching: Ongoing Training

Once your business has been assessed and you have a business plan in place the next step is weekly training, accountability and reviews of your plan and financial results. We have a business owner coaching system that we have developed with up to 72 sessions that will equip you in the area of leadership, planning, marketing and sales, process improvement, customer service and satisfaction, employee attraction and satisfaction and financial results.
